2. Client Responsibilities

Be present at the agreed-upon location and time for pick-up and delivery of goods, or to provide necessary instructions to us.

3. Payment Terms

You agree to pay all applicable fees for services rendered by Plano Movers.
Payment is due as per the terms outlined in the agreement or at the time of booking.

You are prohibited from packing or requesting us to move any illegal, hazardous, or unsafe items, including but not limited to:

Flammable materials
Explosives
Toxic substances
Weapons

We reserve the right to refuse to transport such items.

7. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services at our discretion if you breach these Terms or engage in illegal or unethical behavior during the course of our services.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Plano Movers harmless from any claims, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, negligence, or misuse of our services.

9. Dispute Resolution
